This is a post I should have made a long time ago. I was fortunate enough to win two contests a while back and never publicly thanked the people that had the contests.
The first one is GODSPEED!. He had a random draw contest for a kydex necker sheath. I ended up getting picked and received not one but TWO sheaths because he wasn't sure if I owned a BK 11 or a BK 14. Awesome right? He also included a tek lok, some fatwood and a life+gear glowstick/flashlight. The sheaths are awesome. The fit is great and they are a much smaller profile for neck carry. He even wrote to me weeks later and told me about a problem I didn't even know I had. I half heartily bolted the tek lok on the sheath for scout carry just to see how it would work and the bolts didn't seem long enough and I didn't have time to fiddle with it so I thought I was doing it wrong. In his pm he told me that the bolts he had sent me were too short and he told me he would send me out some longer ones. Great service in my book. I never thought he would have sent me two sheaths all the goodies and then weeks later send me more stuff.

The other thank you goes to clich. A while back he had a one handed fire contest. Once again I was fortunate enough to win.
The prize was this awesome Maxpedition FR-1 pouch. It came very quickly just like he promised and I couldn't be happier. This pouch has so much potential and is much bigger than I thought. It is currently set up as my first aid pouch and has a small survival kit as well.
