Chopper showdown is forthcoming as soon as I can find time to get into the woods.

The line-up: SHBM , BM-E, FBM-CG, FBM-LE, Basic 9, SR Battle Rat, SR Rat Mastiff, SR Rat Daddy, and SY Dog Father.

It's going to be a doozy. Heck, just carrying all that steel into and out of the woods is going to be a doozy.

Yep, green linen mags.

I've got green linen on mine, standard scales. I originally used mineral oil to darken them up. I used the knife a bunch, and the handles just get cooler every time I handle it.

They've shinned up a bit and the contrast is :thumbup: too cool for words. I love the linen micarta, but the pattern on the fusion handles just keeps getting better and better (real "organic"). I'll try and snap some pic's, but my skills are less then adequate (suck). I've seen the other handles I have develope character over time, but not to the degree of the linen.

Anyone else notice ?

I haven't had the chance to get out and use my green linen / blk FBM yet... it's my busy time of year work wise. But when I do... I can't wait to see them develop! I have the mags and I think they feel great... Way better feel than the canvas or G10 IMHO. I do love the look all oiled up... I just wish they were avalable for the BA TACs.
