The top looks like a mini Toby's Knife, The TKXS.

The Reverse Tanto isn't popular, but I like it on straight edged knives.
The black & red liners are nice too.
 
That reverse tanto is incredible! I love the combination of the acute tip angle with chisel grind - great overall utilitarian design, sir!
