Well I finally did it. I have been tossing around the idea of getting an Izula for a while now. I'm not sure where it came from(it must be the sickness:D), as I didn't really think it was a knife I would have any use for. I probably spend too much time here reading about how much everyone luvs there Izula's, and all the pics of these great little knives.

Anyway, I ordered two of them. Both from Chestnut Ridge Knives (They have been great, I got my RC-4 and HEST from them as well. Best shipping price to the great white north I have found). I decided to get a black w/kit, and a desert tan w/sheath only. I have been looking for a second duty knife to do the general work and leave my Kabar TDI for it's intended use as a last ditch back up.

My RC-4 is desert tan and it is a great looking knife, so I went with the DT Izula as well. Can't wait till they get here.
 
congrats! you will love them! and if you don't you can just send them to me and I will take good care of them :D
 
HA! That's what i thought when I ordered them. If for any reason I don't like them or don't end up using both, there will be no shortage of good homes to sell them to.
 
I feel your pain. No pain. No gain. I just ordered me another Izula in tan. You've gotta love them!
 
I can''t wait to get paid to order an Izula. I am undecided on the color, I might get it to match the RC4 I ordered. Orange handle, green blade, black sheath.I am going to have to get a part time job to support this knife habit you guys started me on!
 
You'll love the Izula. When I bought my Rc-4 I had no interest in the Izula. After owning the first RAT and hearing so many great things about the Izula I ordered one. Now I'm rarely without the knife around my neck. It's truly a great knife.
