Here are two recent bowies fresh from the shop here in Managua. They are both 1095, mild guards (blued), the first has an oregon maple burl handle while the second is desert iron wood. The first is what i call my "mid-bowie" and the second is a newer style that I've been working on. To me the belly in the bigger bowie is more pleasing.

Hope you all like them.
Thanks for looking,
Mike

nice work Mike! Love the blued pin

Great pieces my friend....your guys do a fine job, as you do with them. :)

Very nice Mike. I like the first one, heck, like the second one too. Very clean work. Good job.

Terrific knives my friend! That nice broad blade profile on the second one really speaks to me

Those are gorgeous Matt. I agree with you on the Belly, that second blade shape is very cool and has great flow. I love the dark guard with the lighter color wood on the first one as well.
Nice work!

Those are some wonderfully crafted knives!! Love the lines and they look perfectly usable....

- gorgeous, real nice.

Love that last pic where the guard just appears to flow into the handle...
