Both of them sit here on my desk at all times. I searched long and hard to find the Detective Special.:)
 
I got very nervous clicking on this thread. I know what two of my favorite things are, and they can't be posted outside of the W&C forum.
 
Sweet pic. That is a nice .38 Special. :thumbup:

trade will grind that hammer off in a heartbeat if you want him to. He'll choil it for free too, and I bet Terrio would jimp whatever's left. :eek: :D

:eek: don't touch the Detective!! ;) also an italian switchblade (Beltrame) will do a classic combo with it....or a traditional slipjoint.
Not that the Bk is bad :)
 
In all of the guns that passed through my ownership I regret not holding on to more of them. Very high on that list are the 8-3/8" Model 29, the Colt Python 6" Nickel and a Colt Detective Special that I once had (not all simultaneously) and foolishly traded/sold.

Worth the price of admission I figured...
