I just picked up a couple of interesting old knives online recently. One is a Sears (Camillus?) 3 blades serpentine 3'. The other is an odd Schrade utility/gents knife at just over 3" with some interesting bone...or synthetic covers.

Nice score :) I really like both of these knives! Especially the bone on the Sears is really great!

Very nice knives! Some online stores sell replacement SAK springs, so you may be able to use it on the Schrade

Is there any good info about knives sold by Sears?

You might want to check knives made by Camillus. I know they made a lot of knives for Sears under STA-SHARP or
MADE IN USA (tang stamp) Hope this helps...

Dug through some other forums and it looks like the "Forged U.S.A" stamp (no other markings) was done by Camillus during the 1930's for Sears. Very interesting and gives me a bit more respect for the old knife know how old it is now!

They've got a bit of wear, however seem to have plenty of life left in them for a traditional EDC folder. The Sears branded knife looks to have a great selection of blades for most tasks.

Ya, the Sears knife is wicked sharp now...looking at that patina, I cant help but think of a Tetanus shot is imminant.Lol!
