Hi Fellas:

Awhile ago I sold a 154CM Hunter/EDC to a fella - he really liked the style and wanted a full sized hunter and matching caper, all designed around the original knife which was made from 5/32" stock with a 3" blade and 7 1/2" overall. http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php/855735-EDC-in-154CM-and-Desert-Ironwood

Here's the end product. The full size hunter has a 3 1/2" hollow ground drop point blade and is 8" overall, made from 3/16" stock, while the caper has a 3 1/4" hollow ground blade, 8" overall length, made from 1/8" stock. Since these are seeing more field use, I installed thong tubes. Tapered tangs, red liners, 416SS furniture, Desert Ironwood Burl, thumb grooved spine, and mirror finished CPM 154CM will make a happy customer! Hope you enjoy the pictures.

Nice work. The desert ironwood and loveless bolts are a beautiful combination. I always liked the functional look of the loveless bolt - the imperfection is absolutely perfect.

TK,
Just had to go showing my "Girls" tata's :D They look great, can't wait to see them.

Appreciate the great work, and attention to detail :) Tim is a great guy, and true gentleman to deal with

And you still need to build me another one ;) I'll get to you on the details....Thanks again, Eric

To all: Thanks very much for your consideration and kind words......Eric - these look even better in person, sort of like your Avatar.
