Both my Kershaw Leek and Kershaw E.T. need to be sent in, and it's been a while since I did this so I figured I'd ask here.
I need to ship both knives in a box to their site in OR, include a return address, $5, and the problems with the knives, correct?
When I say it's been a while, I mean it has been 3 years, so excuse how lost I am if that's the case.
I've got a Leek with either a broken torsion bar, or a torsion bar that somehow got off its track, and an E.T. with the prevalent 'blade making contact with the spring' problem. The E.T. problem is one I don't know how to fix myself, and I assume isn't possible to do so myself, but the Leek problem I can't really diagnose because I can't unscrew it. The flat gray metal bit opposite of the screw keeps spinning and I can't take it apart because of this. Can they help me? If so, is my memory serving me correctly, or is there some other method to getting service?
Thanks.
