Two Quick questions.

My first question is about the Benchmade 940 Osborne. I was curious if this is a flat grind?
Also has anyone delt with GP knives? I"ve been looking at some stuff there and thinking about buying from them.

According to every picture on Google, the grind looks like a 3/4 flat w/ swedge not a full flat grind. Try searching teh forums for pictures, there are just about a ton of them. The 940 has an unground spine at the, about enough to give room for the thumb stud, and to give the thin blade some strength. Because of the thin blade it makes for a great slicer, even if it isn't FFG.
