Two Rings Brand Knife?

Picked up a small 154cm spearpoint folder on eBay, not familiar with this brand, felt like trying something new. Blade centers well, open pillar construction, build quality seems pretty high. Knife came sharp, solid lockup, centered when closed. Handle is pretty comfortable, could be a little more rounded/radiused underneath. Clip retains quite well, though it's way to big and obtrusive for my taste. Sorta kinda reminds me of a Mcusta, but I may be stretching here. Knife model is the "Icon" , anyone have any info on who makes this, or where it is made, etc?

Pics added now. I know they've made ceramic folders discussed on BF, but never seen 154cm steel folders from these folks.....?
 
I've had it all of two days but so far it's really growing on me, albeit with the minor criticisms I listed above. Replacing clip with a smaller, black clip to match handle color would favorably impact the value of this knife, in my opinion. Kind of a 'Gentleman's tactical' knife if I can use that phrase without inducing mass nausea among BF readers :)
