Hi,
I just finished this week two integral criollo knives in san mai, one with a 7" blade and the other with a 8 1/2" blade.
The smaller one has red deer stag handle with a little spacer in brown and black micarta. The butcapp is made of stainless/carbon steel damascus
Blade thickness at the beggining (right after the integral bolster) is a tad over 1/4" (about 6mm on the smaller and 7 on the bigger) and it gets thinner towards the tip. Kinda like a vertical flat gind if you'd like)
Then the knives are flat ground on both sides and the damascus is 1010/1070 with a 52100 core.
The bigger has guayacan wood handle and damascus pommel.
Thanks for looking!
Ariel
