Recommendation? Two sets of carving knives; which to keep?

I'll admit I'm not knowledgeable about knives, hence the question.

I have one set of carving knives from my father-in-law; Sheffield Cutlery; stainless steel.
Another set from my father: Flint Stainless - Vanadium.

Both blades are in good shape but the Flint does seem to be sharper at the moment.

I don't think either is that valuable but I'm not sure which set would be better to keep.
From my brief online searches I'm leaning towards the Flint Vanadium.

Why do you have to choose?

If they were gifts, I'd keep them both for their sentimental value. Giving away or selling either of them would seem disrespectful to me and possibly problematic, especially if your father/father-in-law might hope/expect to see their gift used or at least seen during a future visit to your home.
