Two Thumbs up for Buck

I just wanted to give a Two Thumbs Ups salute to Buck customer service. I know the stories, but I wanted to quickly share mine. I sent a 30 odd year old #105 to be cleaned up. It was looking pretty sad, I picked it up out of the "Bay" and had an engraving on the blade and I had asked if it could be cleaned off. Turn around was about 4 weeks. I provided information to contact me for payment of services and never heard a word. I came back from a weekend in St Augustine and my daughter handed me the package from Idaho. It looks great! Sharp, engraving smoothed out and handle is beautiful. The spacers(leather ?) are perfectly aligned and I can't believe they did'nt charge me a penny! As a manager of a greenhouse supply business, I try and provide the best in customer service available, Buck has set a pretty high bar. They included a discount coupon on top. Gauranteed for life? Boy, I'll say. I don't mean to be long winded or repeat any previous post, I just wanted to share my experience. I will be sending a personal letter to them today.

Thanks for the indulgence

J Buck

Yeah, I know. I don't post much and never set up a photo account. Been meaning to do that......
I did'nt take a before/ after photos anyway. I was just really impressed with how CS handled this and wanted to share.

They are great,in a time when customer service is non existant at some companies,Buck has never wavered in that department.I recently got a new blade in a 110 and Joe and his crew did a great job on it,absolutely perfect i must say!congrates!
