Heres the story, I purchased a used Talon (small) from a person and when it got here I found that the sheath was not retaining the knife all that well.
I emailed Camillus customer service about ordering a new sheath and a mini Tek-Lok and the person (Wendy I believe her name was) emailed me back asking for my address and she was just going to send me one.
Thats going the extra mile to make a customer happy IMHO. I know I have read other posts here about great service and now I can gladly post my own.
