Dark purple kydex inside, black carbon fiber pattern kydex on the outside. The knife is a 4" blade Wharnie I made from a bar of 5160 and G10. Thanks for looking :)

Love it!

Do you have more pics of the knife?

Wharnies are my favorite. It's the pattern I chose for my first knife. Mine came out okay, but yours is just mean looking. I'm jealous. :) I'm particularly interested in the spine.

How thick is the stock? Did you do the ht? The handle looks awesome...

Looks good. Two layer sheaths can be a pain to form. Love the color contrast.

Thank you! This was one of my first knives made that came back for a little "spa" action to get touched up. it's 1/4" 5160 hardened to 60hrc + cryo @ Peter's. Spine is rounded and the upper part of the scales sort of shadowbox the blade while meet flush below. I don't have pictures of that exact blade's spine but I do have some of its twin brother in CF handles.

Nice, I thought it might be rounded. I have a habit of rounding the shoulder on all of my knives where it makes sense.

You do cool work man. I took a look at some of your other threads. Did you ever get your ti figured out? I've worked with commercially pure and it's interesting stuff. Niobium is far easier.
