Hello, with the two weeks rule in place as well as not having the ability to bump a post, do we just create a new post after two weeks is up? If so, what about the previous post? Thanks!

Unless I'm misreading, that's correct.

On the old post, you can just close it (under "Thread Tools" above and to the right of the first post). Wouldn't hurt to edit the title to include "Relisted" or such.
