alright, who's going to this thing? rescue mike, are you still planning on it? i had it on my schedule, but my wife is out of town already that weekend so i'll have to see if i can leave my son at the grandparents. if anyone is going and wants to start lining up some carpooling arrangements, then let me know. i can't say for sure right now, but will be doing all i can to get there.

how was the show? haven't seen any pics of $60 SHBM's yet so it couldn't have been that great :p . or are you saving them for later?

sorry i missed it, i was looking forward to it but just couldn't make it work. at least rescue mike had a good excuse for not going, anything i say will pale in comparison. post some pics, or at least give us an idea of how things went. i'll see you there next year ;) .

I had a great time there! Lots of great people and conversations. Thanks to the folks who stopped by the table. It was good to see you all again and great to meet some new knife lovers. The knives themselves are just the icing on the cake as far as I'm concerned. :thumbup:

Speaking of icing... there were a few great deals at the show...Caz scored a Rat Mastiff at a killer price...I got a good deal on a Desert Warfare Mean Street...and Bill scored himself a SHBA for almost nothing.

I had to pass on the DABA for three bills. :eek: ...and the Stealth Hawk...and the...

see, you don't post anything and i think "ah, not that big of a deal, wish i could have gone but i didn't miss that much." then you have to go and post this :grumpy: . i missed an opportunity to meet bill and he scores another straight handled piece cheap. bastids.... :D
