Next up:

a DS TACTICAL BlowOutPouch mated to a Concealex sheath (containing a Scrapyard S5)

whats unique about the DST BlowOutPouch, is you can tear it off the base, leaving the knife and sheath attached to your belt:

pouch open, mesh pocket, containing: water purification & neutralizer tablets, aluminum pill container with Ibuprofen, coil of spectra cord

take a pic of an Explosion of everything in it! It looks cool

I like the idea of kits with the knives. Seeing as if I have a knife, it never leaves my side.. It would assure the kit is with you.

very nice

how did you attach the DST pouch to your sheath?

bungee cord lanyarded thru the sheath grommets and the pouch base PALS webbing, secured with toggle lock.

What Sak are you carrying in the Pelican case ?

SAK Soldier, alox scales

where does that ds one come from?

the DST BlowOutPouch is from DavesSurplus, New West BC Canada

I like them. How much do they weigh?

about 2lbs each, that BK2 is a thunderchunky :D

That's a lot of cool stuff. Do you hike with that on your belt?

yes, i use a GI belt for those and a canteen (opposite side of body)

thats a nice lookin kit bro. maybe a small baking pan folded flat is about the only thing i can suggest. unless you have a canteen cup and stand with your canteen.

cheers

JC

but that bullion is ooooh sooo tasty on the trails, nothing like a hot cup of brothy goodness1 :D

Ummm yeah, I would be sure to pass up on a cup of good coffee with a splash or two of bailey's in it for a cup of bullion... yup, sure would :D

The kits look great bushman. Small compact and very useful.

Nuther one, :D
