Disappointing for 14c28n ..
Factory edge - ? I cut it some slack from 50 onward .. so between 50 and 150 Call it where you like .
Lansky 80 grit - 100 slices ...
After this I put it on the guided knife sharpener and had at it with the 180 grit diamond ..
Was like a hungry kid eating a sandwich . That 180 grit diamond ate the blade steel for lunch .
Blade steel is .... is ... soft !
TwoSun is having serious problems with their blade steel ( my view ) .
Sure they can bolt a knife together really well , but that blade steel ! Too much like buying a loosing lottery ticket .
Buying a knife should not be a lottery ..
