If you google "man v wild knife", you get a whole bunch of answers. Seems that he changes what he uses.

I would not put too much emphasis on what he uses. Its just a tv show, after all.

But I will admit that I bought a cheapy Gerber Gator folder after seeing him use one in season 1.
