I read in a post a while back about a certain hardwood Chris uses. I'm not sure if it was this forum or another, but the person stated that the wood used is still used on bearings on submarines? No, I'm not smoking anything I did read it. Anyone know about this?

I think either Archman or Cajunblaze mentioned that in one of their reviews of the Mnandi. But it's late and I'm tired and my brain ain't workin too good right now so ya never know.
