Types of Blade Damage and Pics

i found that my 18" ang khola tended to mash down more then the 20" siru. but MAN is the 20" siru an awesome blade!. my new favorite for general chores. light enough to not wear you down within 5 minutes, but heavy enough to take down 2"+ limbs

thanks for the kind words :). i didnt expect the thread to be so popular, i guess there isnt an easy to find source for such images.
 
Thems some fancy pics. Are those digital camera pics or scanned camera shots. How do you get such a good close up shot?
 
i could probably get better pics with a better lens/viewfinder combo, but they turned out okay for what i was trying to show. its straight from a digital camera - the sony f828. a fantastic camera :)

steady hand, good lighting, and the willingness to shoot off 20 shots of the same thing to make sure you get clear focus (wich i was to lazy to do one one of them)
