U.B.R.S. blade marking?

I'm familiar with the U.B. initials being placed on HI blades to honor the late Bill Martino, but I'm not familiar with the R.S. initials that sometimes follow them?
Could someone please inform me if the R.S. is also placed there to honor someone special to HI, and if so, who? Please excuse me if it has been asked many times before.

UB= Uncle Bill
RS= Rusty Slate

If you look back in the archives, you will find that Rusty was Uncle Bills right hand man in handling the forum. Uncle Bill and Rusty moderated this forum together for quite a long time together. Rusty was one of the good guys, like Uncle Bill.:thumbup:
