UB, An alien or has time machine

I felt Uncle Bill had a mystic quality about him, but didn't know about his time travel machine.

I ordered a 12" AK about 10:30 PM MDT Fri the 27th, via the Andale Shopping site. After copying the invoice, forwarded it to UB , somewhere around the same time.

I received it today, at 9:30 AM MDT Monday 30th. POSTMARKED THE 26TH.
Considering the time UB would have received ordering info, packed and shipped it, you would think it would be at least the 28th Sat. AND THERE WAS AN OVERSTAMP ON THE ORIGINAL RENO 26TH POSTMARK OF A CONTRACT RENO STATION OF THE 28TH.
That is some FAST shipping and delivery time ! Unless UB stepped into the future, got the order info and than back in time to pack and ship on the 26th Thursday.:D

As for the little 12" AK. Cute little devil! Sher, rising sun made.Slight shrinkage between horn and butt plate, no big deal. Reno is very dry, Little epoxy and hooflex should fix it up. As described in shopping sight 1 lb in weight. Have to grip up closer to the bolster than I really like,but the flat edge from the cho to the bolster allows for that, but I'm not CHOPPING wood with it. Nice little light kitchen/camp knife.

He even manages to get Khuk's shipped to the UK with a strange speed !!

Doesn't want to keep us waiting to long - might end up insane !!
 
That reminds me - I've a few things I need to tell you about Uncle when I get the time to sit down and have a chat with the forumites. But maybe I should let Yvsa tell the tale.
