Here's a 10/10 12 inch AK by Bura. I can't find anything wrong with this knife. Fit, finish, hardness all up to HI and Bura standards. Good karda and the unique Bura style chakma. Scabbard made and tooled very nicely by sarki with no name. Frog is standard HI 100 year superfrog.

As usual, the kamis sent me what they wanted to send rather than what I ordered and they sent me too many 12 inch AKs and not enough 20 inchers so I'm going to put a couple of the 12 inchers up as UBDOTDs.

We'll deliver this perfect Bura 12 inch Ak to your door today for $75 -- save $25. I have one more by the kami with no name for the same price. So two deals today. Let me know your choice. The kami with no name version is also 10/10.

Call or email if interested.

Has anyone actually taken this one out and put it to use? Not for chopping down redwoods, but for just plain carryability and the general usefullness of it? So what if it takes 3 chops instead of one.

I ask this because my 12" AK is kind of a roly-poly good natured friendly and willing personality. It's like a dog that expects to be taken wherever you go, and I'm inclined to tell it yes, come on and hop in the truck. Don't get me wrong, a 12" AK is not my idea of the khuk kept in the truck, but it is pretty good on the belt.

I've got a 3" barreled target sighted Chiefs 38 spl. that would make a marvelous trail gun for when you don't anticipate anything but blue skies. The baby AK would fit right in.

Russ, I too chose the 3" Mod. 60.
The 2" does not balance for me.
I have one 2" for an ankle gun.
I bought my issue T Man Mod. 65 .357 when they changed. It is a 3".
I would definatly not like this in 2".

It is a handfull with the heavy bbl. 3".
