Here is one of the best Sirupatis you can find, made and marked by our swordmaker, Kumar. Notice HI habaki style bolster. It is 18 inches overall, 5/16 thick, 1.5 wide and weighs about 19 oz. Fit and finish are excellent and blade is about 60 Rc in hardness. Another 10 out of 10 by Kumar. This kid is turning it on, too! The excellence bonus is paying off!

Karda and chakma are equal in quality to the big blade.

The Sarki with no name has outdone himself on the scabbard. Excellent quality and he has chosen a sort of insect motif although if my memory serves me properly a spider is not considered an insect. He has tooled on in order from top to bottom:
1-- butterfly
2 -- horsefly
3 -- beetle
4 -- spider

Frog is the 100 year HI superfrog.

Price is $95 delivered to your door.

Thanks for saving me from obtaining a really good sirupati that would have matched my other except for the horn grip (my other one is walnut). 10 more minutes and I would have caved

Oh, man is that a nice blade. If I'd seen it first I'd probably have jumped on it - the other bills can wait. Wow.

Hey Uncle Bill, Since this is labled UBDOTD for yesterday, (9/19) are we gonna see another one today too? (pant, pant)
