Here is a 16.5" WWII made and marked by Kesar and it is to spec -- shade over 3/8 and 1.25 pounds. Great job -- 10 out of 10. Fit fine, finish magic stone mirror, hardness about 59 Rc and the edge will shave the hair off the back of my hand. Karda and chakma excellent with magic stone mirror finish and very sharp edge on karda. Scabbard made and very nicely tooled by sarki with no name. Frog is 100 year HI superfrog.

Deal same as yesterday's that went down under -- $95 delivered to your door.

Just a note of interest. Kesar has been with us from the start and is the senior kami in the shop. He has done consistently excellent work. His nickname is "Kaka" -- no, it means uncle in Nepali!

Call or email if interested.

I must resist... RESISTANCE IS FUTILE... no, I must be strong... RESISTANCE IS FUTILE... I shouldn't... RESISTANCE IS FUTILE...

Isn't mental ping pong an interesting game to watch?

BTW, I'm not buying but I am sorely tempted.

Ain't it purty? I got my first Kesar blade yesterday, (see the 20" Wood-handled Sirupati by Kesar thread). He does excellent work. Unfortunately, I don't need this one. Isn't that always the way, when you get there on time, it's one that isn't on your "must have" list Grrrrr.

Regards,

Rob

Thanks for the kind words about the toys, Stewart. I just saw yours in the Photos thread -- also very nice.

I agree with you about Kesar's work, Rob. The 18" AK I got a couple of weeks back is one of his & I couldn't be happier with it.

Uncle, was this one of the Khukuris at the convention? I seen some nice looking one there. I left with only two, but imagine if I stayed longer!
