Absolutely an amazing cutting machine. This magical item makes all my other "choppers" look horrible. Somehow it is lighter, thicker, smoother and bites deeper than knives that cost 5 times as much. It really is a magical piece of steel. HI, thank you for such prompt service and for producing such a great tool.

Yup, my feelings, too (except that my other choppers are mostly HI, also, so they aren't horrible). My UBE was a big surprise as far as usefullness is concerned. Love it.
