Just picked one up and I plan to grind it down to look like the Scout model that I had seen done a while back. Really loved that design. Anybody know what kind of finish it has just to be sure I can redo it to the same finish. Thanks for any help !!

CRK will not refinnish a modified knife. PiterM is good friends with the Reeve's and they made an exception. I believe when "Westlin" did his, he left the spine bare metal.
