The handle is Montana elk scrimshawed with dragon on one side and pegion ( daphnes) on other side

It is a very nice sword. That first picture especially, shows an almost 'evil' taper and then a lift upwards of the point. A real rib sticker, I guess.

Now, that's a hog huntin blade.

Also notice the scrimshaw work is getting better all the time.

It is indeed. I think I have the first scrimmed uddha, the one with the pheasant picture with the mountain background? It is the same work that Bura did for Dave's monster AK. It is very well done, but the level of detail on this, especially the bird's wings and body is even better if anything. The spine does have an interesting curve to it as well.
