I had always wanted one of these and on a recent trip to HI I saw one I had to have. It is the pointiest blade form HI with the possible exception of the seax.

Here's a few pics. It's about 100*F here so I didn't last very long in the heat or I would have done a bit better.

Nice Uddha Ted.
These are nice and pointy, but very beefy at the same time. But then I am pleased with just about anything with a chiruwa handle.

I like the uddha swords as well. They remind me of a larger version of those old old kitchen knives that have near triangular blades, a style that even crops up occasionally in medieval paintings now and then.

Good pictures, thank you Ted

Ted, is that the best you can do? :p ;) Well it's outstanding! Love the uddha! Reminds me of a khyber knife, or salawar yataghan.

LOL, I finally figured out why the heat was bothering me so much(I'm usually good up until 112*F) It was something like 70% humidity. It's supposed to rain today, which is extremely rare in Sacramento in July. I had to wring my shirt out and it got to the point I was worried about water damage to the camera. I'll try to get some better pictures another time.

It does remind me of a khyber knife though.
