So today I was washing out my BM551 Griptilian under the faucet, then I was about to dry it off and well, I droped the knife... right on the tiled floor. I'm assuming the blade tip is what made first impact, because when I picked the knife up the tip was totally flat and you can see and feel the steel folded back.

I'm not at home right now and I was basically just wondering if my Sharpmaker should be able to fix this? Should I just run the tip on the stones and attempt to fold/point the steel back?

You can bend it back into place with another piece of steel to minimize the metal loss if you just grind a new tip. However if you do straighten the tip it will be much weaker, not enough to bend cutting soft materials however.
