jamtga, that is AWESOME!!!!!

What did you use to texture the handle?

How did you make the liners? What material did you use?

The handle and sheath look amazing!

Thanks. I used dremel tool with cone shaped bit for handles. And ive used a bunch of things for liners. Mainly notebook cover. But these ones were a hard plastic lid to a container i found at my work. I just trace out handles, cut out rough, then screw em to the handle and dremel sand em to match. Super easy.

I've seen a lot of sloppy DIY liners, how did you get yours with such a good fit?

Also, could you be hired to give a set of my handles that treatment?

Sure. Ill do em for you. Pm if you want. If you put liners, it wont fit in the stock sheath super nicely. The liners, i just use the dremel on low, with a higher grit drum. So i dunno, lol. Not much to it. I think the sloppy ones, they prob tryed just scissors or something.

Good to know! I may very well be in touch when I can get some extra handles.

Yes for the 5. Mid size. I have the 2 sets of black, but i use both. G10 is the easiest to mod though imo. More forgiving.

Cool! Don't give me another thought for the time being, but if I ever get everything set, I'll be in touch!

With this new 5, will you use it or keep it as a show piece? If you put it to work, definitely follow up with how the handle feels and performs.

I tried liners on mine, but then the stock sheath doesn't work.
I love the stock sheath with the added dangler.
Oh well... stock handles for me.
