It seems these contests are common... Place "Ugly Dog Contest" into a search engine, and you'll see a lot of them. I'm not surprised why a photo of the winner of the above contest was not shown. The attachment is a photo of Sam! :barf:

I've never seen a dog or pretty much anything that ugly. Reminds me of the Rodents of Unusual Size from Princess Bride.
