This is my first time trying to post a picture so i don't know if it will work. Just wondering what you guys think? Both colors are darker in person than the picture.
Ugly or does it look ok?

Munchy,right click pic,click properties,copy URL,click "insert image",paste URL . hope that makes sense.

Nobody's perfect around here. Well, some are. Not me.
Not bad pics. The knife on the right is okay. The left one has too much light reflecting off it to see it well. mm
I always preview my pics on the camera before I download them onto my computer. I usually have to take about 3 pics for each one that turns out okay. Nothing to be ashamed of. Think about the questions someone will ask when he wants to buy your knife and then take pics that answer the obvious ones. Not hard.
You'll do fine.
Welcome,
Don

Appreciate the help flatblackcapo, and thanks niner! I was bored today and wanted a way to differentiate my serrated from my PE.

If you are talking about the hardware coating, it looks great. If you are talking about the zip ties, fugly. They work well, but good lord they are hideous to look at.

I'm not big on the blue/black combo, it doesn't appeal to my eye. I think it's the tone of the blue. But that's just me the other one on the other hand is very appealing to me, too bad you didn't continue on the screws that hold the clip in place, that would probably have killed all of the sheen. Did you do anything to that blade?

You know if you carried that blue onto the blade, you might be onto something... not sure might be worth a try.

I just cut the zip ties off, they got in the way anyway. I was going to paint all of the screws but didn't know if it would look better the way I have it. I also thought about the Blue blade but thought that might have been overkill. I might try to do it anyways just for kicks

Coating the blades would be a cool addition, but there is an issue from it: the coating may not be tough enough to be anything but an eyesore after a few days.

Well I took the blue one apart and painted the blade. This was my first time trying to put it back together and it was such a pain! Of course I couldn't wait till the paint was dry so I scratched the paint putting it back together.
