Tom Mayo did a Minute Of Angle pattern on some of his custom knives some years back. This is a mayo customized sebenza, with that pattern.

I'm not all that fond of the pattern, but I love the feel of his customized sebenzas.

Yeah, it's really ugly. Looks like a drunk had his way with it on the drill press.

I'm sure it's a great user, though. You could always have a new front scale made for it.

I received it today. Much nicer then I expected, the design is actually much more attractive in person. Dead smooth and very sharp. Wide thumb ridges indicate a 2004, but it has an olds style no hump clip. Also the blade looks like satin finished BG-42

Puzzling piece, seems older then the wide thumb ridges would indicate.

Searching under the couch cushins as we speak. Give me a few years.

Extra slabs are easy enough to acquire.. Did you ever check the frame stamp?
Main thing is if you're happy, we're happy. That's all that matters.
