........ A member (readyme) is going to be shipping me my first becker, a bk14!

I've been wanting to carry a small fixed blade as part of my edc and have been eyeing the 14 for a while, well injured myself on vacation (so I've been stuck home) and been reading great reviews on the 14 and lucked out on getting a great deal on one here!

Can't wait and already want a 15 (then a 9) soon as I get back to work and bills caught up


I foresee a becker addiction lol
 
Yoko oh no....Welcome to the addiction. Congrats on a great first becker. I carry mine everyday to work. Great sturdy lil knife. Be sure to stick around and post some picks when you get it. Any plans with the handle? Cord wrap, kabars zytel package, or the izula scales...

The BK-11 got me started on Beckers.
I've actually got a 14 coming this week too from our very own JWL.
Are you going to leave yours stock or mod it?
 
Add some scales when it arrives since it makes a huge difference. Welcome to the addiction...Hmmm, alot of people actually get hooked on Becker knives after buying the 14, must be the gateway drug.

I think I'm going to pick up some zytel scales for it, might strip the blade but not sure yet

It'll be nice to have a fixed blade to use for food too (always get worried about debris from raw foods getting into my folders)

I actually JUST switched out carrying my 14 for my 11 yesterday. Been carrying the 14 for the last 3 months.
 
Congrats on your new knife. After the first one the addiction just gets worse.
 
I don't have a 14... yet... But my BK2 and 16 have started my addiction.. A great hobby it is...
 
Do the zytel handles feel good in hand? I have some spare micarta sitting around but the zytels seem like a really good deal
