Took the clip off my small Classic to carry in my pocket.
Put the plug and screw back in the body of the knife. The plug went in with a snap, no tolerance. My guess is that the plug won't come out again to reinstall the clip .
Suggestions ?
Thanks:D

I'll take a stab at this one...

My first attempt would be to get a machine screw with fine threads that is just a little bigger than the hole in the plug. Gently thread it into the plug, but stop at the scale so you don't mess up the Sebenza's threads.

The idea is to have the machine screw in there snug enough to be able to wiggle and pull on it as to release the plug.

I have not done this, just a thought.... :)

Take a small eyeglass screwdriver or a dental pick and carefully pop it out.

My guess is that you'll be able to get the plug out by levering it up with the tip of the screw it is installed with.

And I used the tip of my Allen wrench to lever it out. It doesn't want to stay in as much as you might think...

Professor.

Agree with the Professor, but I'd opt for a drill bit that would Just fit within the hole, use the unsharpened end of course and rock the piece out...or leave it in and wear it in the sheath? :)
