I can't believe the chinese are knocking off Serge now. You can find his design in hundreds of brands. I wonder why he's so popular? Now that Sypderco is no longer being copies they turned their sites to independent hot cakes like serge's coin.

I've seen knockoffs of that style for over a year now, possibly longer. Also, "a Chinese manufacturer" is not the same as "the Chinese" I know a lot of people don't care about that distinction, but I think its an important one. I also don't know what is so surprising.
 
They knock off everything, there are clones of inexpensive Chinese Kershaw models (possibly rolling out of the same shops that put the ones in the blister packs that end up in stores here).

Once you've seen clones of knives that retail under $20 in the US I think you have to assume they'll do it to anything.

That symbol is actually quite older than the Nazi use of it, I believe it dates back to even ancient times that had a completely different meaning than what most believe it does such as divinity and spirituality.

What do you mean by spyderco no longer being copied?
 
Back on the subject on knives those knock offs have been around for some time at least 2 yrs I would believe. I think the bean was also counterfeited a while back.
 
Our paid dealers on this site "Blade play" I can say their name and not deal spot since they are a paid sponsor. But they sell clones on their site. So not surprised at all. Clones are completely prohibited on this site yet you can buy them from their paid dealers. They have a Dalton Cupid clone right now even labeled as one.

We get it, you"re fine with clones. That explains while you constantly bring this up to bash the forums. :poop::thumbsdown:

Why you are still here, I don't know. Why continue to post on a forum that vehemently disagrees with you?
 
I don't own any yet. I did order one from China though. That's because its discontinued and a $500 dollar knife. But I'm not going to put it into circulation as the real thing. It's no different then a woman who is using a fake Gucci purse etc. Look how many of the famous youtubers get them to make informative videos comparing them to the real ones. It's not like they destroy them after to remove them from circulation. They keep them or trade them as clones.
