UKPK w/ BD-1 steel, does it have stiffer back springs?

I had a lightweight UKPK with GIN-1 steel and found the back spring wasn't as strong as the G10 version. I saw the nutnfancy video where Sal said something about stiffening them up in the future. Does the newly released BD-1 version have stiffer springs?

Not yet, as far as I know. Both are rolling changes, and I believe they said that the new backspring will enter production later in the summer. I might have to buy a new LW UKPK when they have both BD-1 and the new spring
