UKPK's variations?

I just became aware of the Drop Point variation of the UKPK. I HAVE to get one real soon. So, here's my question. Is this model made in the Orange G-10? Or will it be so soon? Or should i just go ahead and grab the green one...which i like, just a fraction less than the wonderfully ugly orange?

The drop point is foliage green only....I would check ebay some have sold for $60.

IMO the orange g-10 is the best color.

I was the next highest bidder. Even $75 is a stupid (good) price. These things should be going for much more IMO. When ever you can find a knife at half of MSRP you are getting a MIGHTY FINE DEAL.

I reco getting the green one man, esp if you do not own a knife with FG G10, it grows on ya Im tellin ya, as do all the Spydie slippies.

My BIL just got one on ebay after handling some of my Spydies.
Best he could get one at was 90.00.

Could someone give me a model number for the drop point version? All the ones I see are the leaf shaped blades. Thanks!

The mid year catalogue supplement gives C94. or the long name, C94GPFG3

Is the tip of the drop point UKPK nested deeper in the handle than the leaf??? I think the UKPK is a peeeerfect folder except for that... just a nitpick I have from carrying a sebenza for so many years... Millie and Para have it "covered" for me!

On mine it is quite a bit deeper. The blade is about 2mm longer and the shape is more useful when cutting on surfaces with the extra belly and the DP version also has much improved jimping which is also included in the finger choil.
