Ulster Barlow

Found this Ulster today at a yardsale and was wondering if anyone could give me an Idea of the age? The tang stamp is a bit hard to read. I can't figure out how to upload photos to this forum so I'm trying this Facebook link.

I used to collect Wolfertz knives when I lived in Pennsylvania and even spoke with the last Wolfertz family member who owned the Wolfertz business (they started with hardware, but were selling baskets at the end).

He was in his 90s when I spoke with him by phone in the late 1990s. He would not tell me which cutlery companies made knives for Wolfertz, as if it was a trade secret, but it's obvious from many examples that Schrade and Ulster made a number of them.
