Ulster Boy Scout Pocketknife

I just picked up another knife from evil bay. As the title above suggests, this is a Boy Scout pocketknife made by Ulster.
If anyone knows anything about this one like the years it was made, The Ulster company, etc. please feel free to post what you know about it here. Thanks.

i have an old ulster knife from the sea scouts, sadly as im sure youve figured out its gone out of business but they did a great job on the knives that made it out

Yeah, I'm sure they went out of business a long time ago.
My Ulster seems to be a quality knife, but I would like to learn more about it.
