Was very pleased to nab this Old Ulster Cattle Knife recently. Its in amazing shape with barely any use at all on the blades. This one appears to have been made for Craftsman and under a certain might you can still make out the faint shadow of the "Craftsman Hammer Forged) etch on the main clip blade. The craftsmanship on this knife is just phenomenal. Everything tight yet smooth, no gaps, no wobble. Just a solid worker with no detail overlooked. All of its blades sharpened up with a few licks to razor sharp slicers.

The peachseed bone was a little rough and dry but polished up nicely.

And here it is with its great grandson the GEC Tidioute Buckaroo in Bloodwood. Its amazing to see how faithfully GEC followed the old Ulster model.

Thanks for looking. Please feel free to share your old Ulsters.
