I'm new to BLadeForums. I had a question about a knife. I know that Hammer Brand was produced by New York Knife Co. until the 1930s. They sold the Hammer Brand logo to Imperial who produced knives with that logo until around 1955. However, I saw an old reference that Ulster made a few Hammer Brand knives after they merged with Imperial in 1947. I have a Barlow knife I picked up off eBay. It has a "Ulster Knife USA" stamp on the tang with a superimposed Arm & Hammer, Hammer Brand logo. Unfortunately, i could not figure out how to get the photos onto the post! Any help with photos and information about an Ulster Hammer Brand would be greatly appreciated.
