Ulster Knife Usa

I recently acquired an Ulster Barlow with
ULSTER
KNIFE USA​
marked on the tang. Can anyone tell me the approximate period of use of that mark?

I don't know if this helps any, but the bolsters are unmarked (which just seems wrong; one of the neat things about Barlows are the bolster stamps).

It is on the main blade, where maker's marks usually go--if the blade is open, pointing up, with the cutting edge to the left, there it is. That is also the only mark on the knife.
