Ultima-Tool and Essenti-Tool multitools?

Do any forum members own one of the Ultima-Tool or Essenti-Tool multitools described here?

How does their quality compare to Leatherman and SOG tools?

By just looking at the picture I have the following remarks.
First they don't have any locking blades. The number of functions are below many of the higher end multitools arround.
The use of an adjustable wrench is cool but it has been done before. I would probably bye one if it turned up in a local store near me, but it could never replace my leatherman Surge as EDC (Every Day Carry).
