Hi,
I'm using the razor edge system to sharpen my knives. The sharpest edge I have ever put on a knife was using this system and there instructions on double edging.
Just got done putting my fist double edge on kitchen knife, wow!
Did not think the double edge procedure would make the edge that much sharper, but it did.
