I have no relation to this company, just curious and intrigued

Considering this is not gadgets nor gear if it should be moved to Outdoors or somewhere else feel free. If you see the price of this stuff obviously I am not deal spotting either ;)

Forget cross-posting. This is not so important we need it in more than one place. At that price, it's an industrial application. Gadgets & Gear it is, threads merged.

That stuff looks *amazing*!!!!

My favorite water sealer is a product called "SeamGrip" made by a company called McNett. I apply SeamGrip to the bottom of every camera bag and EDC pack i own b/c it's abrasion resistant, absolutely water proof and flexible. It's on the spendy side @ ~$7 for a 1oz tube but i have to believe that's as much a result of the smaller packaging than anything else....

This "Ultra Ever Dry" looks like a superb product. I am curious at it's abrasion resistance though.

Unfortunately, the 5 gal purchase (requiring *both* top and bottom coatings) is $2,594......

McNett "McNut" here as well. Most useful products ever made IMHO....most people are completely oblivious that you can use their Tent Floor Sealant to repair/replace the worn urethane coating on the interior of your pack as well. Their Freesole replaced my trusty (and crusty) tube o' ShoeGoo in my Ruck.

Yeah...slight sticker "shock"....sure, the applications are truly endless....but the initial cost is retarded for the individual consumer!

I've been waiting on NeverWet since 2011...guess I'll keep waiting....

I will check out the Seam Grip. Always looking for waterproofing products.

I sputtered a bit when I saw the prices that is for sure. It makes the glove demo seem like a bit of a waste. Put 5 dollars worth of product to save a four dollar pair of gloves?

I do wish it was cheaper, but I am still tempted to get the small batch just to mess around.

The abrasion resistance is something I was wondering about myself, I guess I will hold off on the fifty five gallon batches ;)
